We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time you place an order will apply to that order.

All prices shown on our product pages are quoted in Euros (EUR) and include statutory VAT and any other mandatory price components applicable at the time of purchase.

Applicable shipping costs, if any, are clearly shown during checkout before you confirm and submit your order, so you can review the total cost before completing your purchase.

We currently ship to the United States. Please ensure that the delivery address entered at checkout falls within a supported destination.

These are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed delivery dates. Any order-specific estimates shown at checkout or in your confirmation email take precedence.

Shipping is currently offered free of charge on eligible orders within our supported destination. Any shipping costs that may apply to a specific order will be displayed at checkout before purchase.

Risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes in accordance with the applicable rules governing the relevant transaction and customer type.

The goods remain our property until they have been paid for in full.

Until full payment has been received, you may not transfer, pledge, or otherwise dispose of the goods in a manner that would prejudice our ownership rights, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Consumers may benefit from a statutory right of withdrawal where applicable, and we additionally offer a return window of 30 days from the date you receive your order.

Under our voluntary return procedure, where a return is accepted, return shipping costs are covered by us.

As an alternative to a refund, an exchange for another size, color, or product may be available where appropriate.

Once we have received and inspected an eligible returned item, we aim to process the refund within 5 days. Refunds are generally issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

In addition to any statutory rights that apply, the policy provided with our store states a warranty period of 2 years from the date of delivery for covered defects and lack of conformity.

These Terms, and any contract concluded through our online store, are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you, as a consumer, have your habitual residence.

Should any provision of these Terms be or become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

Where legally possible, an invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects its intended purpose.
